Vendor Application Page
After reading the following information, please fill out the fields at the bottom of the page to generate an application requesting booth space. An event organizer will reach out to you ASAP to provide additional information and a link for PayPal payment if your application is accepted.
A note to prospective vendors: This is our first year incorporating vendor space into the Toss4Dystonia fundraiser, but our 5th year running this successful event. We will offer limited vendor space and focus on proper execution, allowing only 20-25 vendors. The event is in the two-rink area of Buffalo Riverworks, and encompasses the entire space. Vendors will be located in the west rink (nearest the parking lot), on the half nearest the building (southern end). Vendors will be situated in a manner that generates as much foot traffic as possible, and we will encourage participation from the general patrons of Riverworks, not just patrons directly attending the fundraiser. We will also be advertising on local radio stations to encourage maximum participation from the WNY community. This is our first year purchasing media space, and our expectations are that it will help generate a significant turnout to a great venue. We ask that our vendors also promote the fundraiser through their channels to aid in maximizing foot traffic.
Your vendor space: Each vendor will be provided a 10’x10′ space with a table and two chairs. Pop up tents can be used but are not necessary as there is a roof overhead. There is limited access to electricity, however, it is possible to make accommodations with adequate notice on a restricted basis. The floor is an all-weather material covering concrete.
Your vendor cost: Each 10’x10′ space is $40. When an application is accepted vendors will receive an email with payment instructions. Payment must be received, by the PayPal link, within one week of notice of your application’s acceptance. Please use our “Contact” page to reach out if you are having trouble.
Set up & Tear down: Vendors may arrive after 9am. Bring any and all items necessary to build your display. You will have an 8 ft. table, 2 chairs, and the purchased space to work with, nothing more. Please do not arrive after 11am. Event patrons are welcomed at noon. Vendors are expected to remain set up until at least 5pm. Portions of the fundraiser will wrap around that time, and other portions will remain active until well into the evening. Vendors are welcome to stay as late as they deem profitable, and while we maintain a presence.
Sales: Vendors are encouraged to sell their wares. Toss4Dystonia will not take a percentage of sales. Vendor fees are limited to the initial $40, which contributes toward venue costs. Vendors are responsible for any necessary tax collection on their own based on the laws that govern their respective business.
The vendors we seek: We are looking for local artisan, craft vendors. We want to provide vendors an opportunity to showcase and sell their wares in a fun atmosphere. We seek a mutually beneficial relationship that provides our patrons a festive environment which keeps their interest for an extended time.
